Overview

Casa Reyes Bistro Filipino - Eastwood presents a genuine taste of the Philippines nestled in the bustling hub of Quezon City’s Eastwood City. Located on the ground floor of the 1800 Building, this restaurant offers both locals and visitors a well-curated experience of Filipino comfort food with subtle creative twists that keep traditional dishes fresh and inviting.

The menu shines with notable highlights like the Chicken Inasal, a classic grilled chicken that captures the essence of Filipino barbecuing with its smoky, garlicky marinade. Complemented perfectly by the Fresh Calamansi Kumquat Lemon Juice, this pairing refreshes the palate and balances the meal with zest. Another standout is their Wagyu Beef Tapa, which brings a luxurious texture to a beloved breakfast staple, though some might find it a bit oily. For appetizer lovers, the Tinapa at Kesong Puti Lumpia with Mango Salsa melds smokiness and tang in a beautifully wrapped starter, while fresh lumpia and their take on Crispy Dinuguan Bagnet add Filipino depth and crunch.

The dessert offerings pay homage to Filipino sweets with bibingka and suman, elevated by house-made crepe rolls drizzled with traditional latik sauce, rounding out the culinary journey from savory to sweet seamlessly.

Customer experiences consistently highlight the authentic flavors and hearty portions that satisfy cravings for Filipino nourishment. Regulars appreciate the menu’s balance between traditional and innovative dishes such as the unique adobong pusit and lechon sisig sotanghon, which show Casa Reyes's dedication to elevating local classics. Service, while generally warm and friendly, can occasionally run slow, especially during peak hours or with larger groups, and seating might feel cramped when the restaurant is full.

The atmosphere suits families, friends, and office workers seeking a down-to-earth dining experience in Eastwood City. It is a place where comfort meets culinary pride, with an approachable setting ideal for quick dinners, casual meals, or celebrations of Filipino culture through food. The restaurant’s location makes it a convenient stop for shoppers and those working nearby, underlining its role as a local favorite.

All in all, Casa Reyes Bistro Filipino - Eastwood stands as a testament to Filipino cooking’s enduring appeal, delivered with sincerity and a hint of innovation. Whether yearning for classic Kare-Kare or craving the subtle complexity of their grilled specialties, diners can expect honest flavors served with heart in the vibrant heart of Metro Manila.

we didnt have to wait to sit down. it took awhile for the waiter to get ask for our refreshments wen we sat down. and also wen getting our order. I had to flag the waiter. we ordered an appetizer and an entree (unlimited Java rice). I was surprisingly how the adobong pusit came...such a unique take to a filipino cuisine. the squid was cooked perfectly and the sauce was amazinh... the chicken and Java rice were super good too. if I could, I'll eat here all the time until I get to try everything in the menu.

Yummy food, especially the bbq platter! Calamari adobo was also very unique and served in a smart way so that the calamari stays crispy. We were a table of 8 and our table was too small for us so it felt cramped. Service was also a bit slow.

A classic Filipino restaurant serving authentic classic Filipino dishes. I just got back to the Philippines and was craving for some Kare-Kare and casa Reyes satisfied that craving. Good portions per plate though the menu is pricy the taste and quality meets the standard.

These are straightforward local dishes, with some have few twists, and they're made so well, especially their chicken barbecues. We enjoyed their Lechon Sisig Sotanghon very much. A must-try Other dishes we ordered were just fine. The Chicken Inasal Sisig could have been better as we didn't get the taste of a sisig. This was well appreciated by our seniors and kids; they enjoyed it. Prompt service.

Wanted a quick dinner while in Eastwood. Ive seen Casa Reyes a few times since i used to work nearby, just never had a chance to try their food so we decided to eat here. We were able to try Tinapa at Kesong Puti Lumpia with Mango Salsa (5/5) Wagyu Beef Tapa (4/5) - kinda oily. The kaldero they served their on was really nice. Serving was really big. Will try other dishes if i happened by this place again.

Food was delicious and some were served in an interesting manner. Will likely be back. The place is quite small, but well decorated with a nostalgic Pinoy theme. Sungka and other games are available on the table while waiting for your food to arrive.

We had dinner tonight for a birthday celebration, a group of 8, and the food, in terms of its taste is excellent, a true home cooked meal. We had butter & garlic shrimp with aligue sauce, beef kaldereta, and my favourite, crispy dinuguan, and all of it tastes wonderful. The serving of each dish is good for 2 pax, but if you order other dishes, its enough to fill everyone's belly. Presentation is excellent, a true Filipino themed restaurant.

I like the decor and the use of the wood and capiz window as table with sewing machine legs. The food was tasty and satisfying- the kare kare sauce was not heavy at all and the pairing with bagoong rice was ideal . The bbq combo of chicken and kebab came with unlimited rice. The bbq flavor did not overwhelm. And the archara was not too sweet and perfectly pickled. The food was served in play sized cookware. Reminds one of the pots and pans I used to play with as a child
